I’m a personal trainer with over 7 years of hands-on experience, helping people improve their fitness, body composition, and mindset through tailored, goal-oriented training.
I currently coach at Titán Gym in Meloneras (Gran Canaria) and also train visitors who want to stay active or kickstart their fitness journey while enjoying the island.
My coaching style combines the best of functional training, CrossFit, strength, hypertrophy, and fat loss, always adapted to your level and needs — whether you’re just starting out or you’re an advanced athlete.
I’ve also worked with people recovering from injuries, helping them safely rebuild strength, mobility, and confidence in coordination with medical or physio guidance when needed.
